Role Definition Responsible for overseeing all incoming raw material deliveries to ensure compliance with purchase specifications, quality standards, and food safety requirements. Manages goods-in operations, including weight verification, documentation control, and accurate system booking to maintain full traceability. Ensures immediate escalation of shortages, quality issues, or non-conformances. Leads intake operatives and maintains audit-ready standards in line with company and retailer requirements. Key Responsibilities - Schedule & coordinate supplier deliveries - Ensure correct documentation (delivery notes, batch codes, health certs) - Confirm PO vs physical delivery (weight, cut, spec) - Escalate shortages / overages immediately - Have good IT skills and be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and E-Mail and be able to work on your own initiative. - Self-motivated and able to develop excellent product knowledge. - Good communication skills. - Organised and assertive. - Able to use own initiative Pay & Shift Pattern: negotiable & 40 hours per week.
