We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer to play a key role within a highly regulated Class III medical device manufacturing environment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction, investigations, and driving quality improvement activities across manufacturing operations. The Role You will be heavily involved in: • Customer complaints and investigations • CAPA management and root cause analysis • Supporting external quality activities • Working closely with customers and internal manufacturing teams • Supporting quality systems within a regulated manufacturing environment • Problem-solving across production and quality operations This is a highly visible role offering excellent long-term progression opportunities as the company continues to scale.
