We’re working with a growing, industry-leading engineering business in Rotherham to recruit an NPI / Quality Engineer who will play a key role in bringing new products from concept to production – while ensuring exceptional quality throughout the process.
Whether you already have NPI experience, or you\'re a Quality Engineer ready to grow into a broader role, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something impactful. The Role You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across design, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain to: Lead NPI projects from concept to production Develop project plans and coordinate internal & supplier activities Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models Conduct risk assessments, FMEAs, and validation processes Develop and document manufacturing processes Support audits, quality plans, and third-party inspections (e.g. Lloyds) What We're Looking For Background in Quality Engineering (automotive or aerospace preferred) Strong understanding of quality standards, FMEA, and root cause analysis Confident working with engineering drawings and technical data Excellent communicator and team collaborator Willingness to train and grow into full NPI responsibilities Why Apply?
