Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer Join to apply for the Quality Engineer role at Katalyst CRO. Job Summary Quality Engineer responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by managing nonconformances and CAPA activities, assisting inspection teams, and conducting investigations related to field corrective actions and risk evaluation. Responsibilities Lead nonconformance (NC) and CAPA activities including inspection methods, containment, correction, closure, and driving improvements through trend data analysis.

Support Incoming Inspection and In-Process Inspection teams. Support the value stream by conducting investigations required for field corrective actions, including risk evaluation. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline such as Mechanical, Biomedical, Plastics, Industrial, or related field.

Experience with nonconformance and CAPA processing. 23 years of experience in a quality and/or related manufacturing or engineering role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
