What You Will Do We are seeking a Quality Engineer to drive the execution of quality goals and objectives. This role will involve collaborating crossâfunctionally to identify and resolve issues proactively, ensuring compliance with quality management systems and enhancing our overall quality delivery to customers.
Support crossâfunctional teams by analyzing nonâconformance reports (NCRs) to determine root causes and implement effective corrective actions. Engage with teams across departments such as engineering, manufacturing, and production administration to streamline processes and remove obstacles, ensuring optimal customerâfocused outcomes. Track and analyze nonâconformance trends, compiling data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Foster a culture of accountability and integrity by consistently meeting and exceeding internal and external customer expectations. Develop and maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and inspection records. Collaborate with team members to promote trust and diverse perspectives, enabling innovative problemâsolving and team success.
Participate in and facilitate internal audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement. What We Look For Bachelorâs degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Proven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and problemâsolving. Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and quality management systems. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
