Job DescriptionAbout The Position
Our client in the FMCG industry is looking for a Quality Control Manager to oversee the quality assurance processes in their production facility. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-orientated individual who will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet industry standards and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
- Monitor product quality at various stages of production.
- Lead and train the quality control team.
- Identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain documentation of quality control processes and inspections.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Quality Management, etc.).
- 5+ years of experience in quality control management.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Valid drivers license and own transport
