As Quality proven ability to coordinate vendors for ISO standards; comfort spending time in plant environments for observation and problem-solving Demonstrated people leadership , including mentoring, training, and accountability for quality outcomes Strong working knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and quality documentation systems Experience with wet chemistry or related laboratory testing , preferred, but willingness to learn hands-on lab skills is essential Ability to lead cross-functional quality initiatives and drive corrective actions beyond the lab Intermediate Excel skills and comfort with digital recordkeeping systems Page Break Physical Requirements: Work performed in both air-conditioned laboratory and production environments Exposure to chemicals, moving equipment, and airborne particles Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and operate laboratory equipment Required use of PPE, including gloves, protective eyewear, and safety footwear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Batch Review Efficiency: Average time to approve or reject batches with complete documentation Documentation Compliance: Percentage of QC documentation completed on time and error-free ISO Audit Readiness: Number of internal audit findings closed or maintained successfully Training Completion: Percentage of required QC training completed on schedule Safety Performance: Completion of required safety inspections and reduction of incidents Corrective Action Effectiveness: Reduction in repeat NCRs and customer complaints Process Improvement: Number of implemented quality or process improvement initiatives per quarter Vendor Performance : Vendor compliance score improvements
