About the Role Trulife Financial is seeking an experienced Training & Competence Supervisor to provide high-quality oversight to our Partner Firms, Advisers, and Practice Supervisors. You will play a key role in ensuring risk management, regulatory compliance, and strong customer outcomes across our network. Key Responsibilities Deliver supervision in line with Trulife Financials Assurance Model and Supervision Framework Provide oversight and engagement with Practice Supervisors Apply effective risk management, including root cause analysis and remedial action planning Use MI/data to identify trends and prioritise supervision activity Influence positive behaviours around conduct, competence, and client outcomes Balance commercial needs with regulatory expectations Plan and manage your own supervision activities proactively What Youll Need Mortgage Advice Qualification (essential) Level 4 Diploma or commitment to achieve within 18 months Minimum 2 years experience supervising advisers Strong understanding of the FCA T&C Handbook and wider regulatory environment Experience creating effective remediation plans Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, Principal, sales advisers and support team to achieve shared goals and deliver strong client outcomes.
