Qilk developer and administrator(with Hands -on experience)

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Qlik Sense Developer & Administrator to design, develop, administer, and support Business Intelligence solutions using the Qlik platform. The candidate will be responsible for dashboard development, data modeling, administration, migration projects, report automation, and stakeholder engagement across multiple business domains. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Qlik Sense and QlikView.

Develop and optimize data models, ETL scripts, and data integration processes. Perform Qlik Sense administration activities including user management, security rules, stream management, and access control. Monitor server health, application performance, and system availability.

Manage Qlik NPrinting report development, scheduling, distribution, and automation. Execute QlikView to Qlik Sense migration projects and ensure seamless transition of reporting assets. Troubleshoot application, data reload, and performance issues.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into BI solutions. Develop MIS reports and executive dashboards to support business decision-making. Support production environments and ensure adherence to SLA commitments.

Monitor and manage scheduled jobs through Control-M or similar scheduling tools. Perform data validation and ensure report accuracy and consistency. Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

Required Skills Strong experience in Qlik Sense Development. Hands-on experience in QlikView Development and Administration. Experience with Qlik NPrinting.

Expertise in QlikView to Qlik Sense Migration. Strong knowledge of Data Modeling and Qlik Scripting. Experience with SQL and relational databases.

Knowledge of Qlik Security Rules, Streams, and User Access Management. Experience in Dashboard Design, Performance Optimization, and Troubleshooting. Familiarity with Control-M or enterprise scheduling tools.

Understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing principles. Preferred Skills Experience with Qlik SaaS. Exposure to Banking, Insurance, or Manufacturing domains.

Knowledge of data governance and BI best practices. Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
