QHSE Manager

A leading global provider of precision engineering and technical services is seeking a QHSE Manager to lead and enhance its Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems in Edmonton, Canada. This organization operates across the energy, industrial, and manufacturing sectors, delivering high-integrity solutions that meet the highest international standards. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s QHSE Management System.

Ensure full compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and relevant local regulatory requirements. Provide expert guidance, training, and coaching to promote a proactive quality and safety culture across all departments. Conduct internal and external audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.

Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, contractors, and auditors on all QHSE matters. Drive initiatives that enhance safety performance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. Oversee QHSE reporting, goal setting, and performance monitoring to support organizational objectives.

About You Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a QHSE-related leadership role. Sound knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and ISO management systems (45001, 14001).

Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills. Demonstrated ability to lead investigations and implement improvement initiatives. Passionate about building a culture of safety, integrity, and accountability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
