QC Lab Analyst

Job DescriptionQC Analyst - PCR / HPLC / Biologics Location: Clare/Limerick region Seeking an experienced QC Analyst to join a GMP Quality Control team supporting the manufacture and release of biologics and biopharmaceutical products. Hands on laboratory role with a strong focus on PCR/qPCR and HPLC, alongside a range of analytical techniques used within a modern QC environment. Key Responsibilities Perform routine PCR/qPCR and HPLC testing to support in-process and product release.

Support analytical testing of biologics and biopharmaceutical products. Support method transfer, validation and equipment qualification. Investigate OOS results, non-conformances and laboratory issues.

Maintain accurate GMP documentation and ensure Data Integrity requirements are met. Support SOP development, audits and continuous improvement activities. What We're Looking For BSc in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology or a related scientific discipline.

Minimum 2 years' GMP industry experience- essential. Strong hands-on PCR/qPCR experience - essential. Experience with HPLC.

Background in biologics or biopharmaceuticals. Experience with DNA extraction, SDS-PAGE, Western Blot or spectrophotometry. Strong attention to detail and understanding of GMP and Data Integrity.
