About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Perform and document analytical testing on finished products, materials, and stability samples in accordance with GxP standards. Manage, store, and track samples to ensure traceability and accuracy. Conduct, interpret, and report microbiological monitoring within cleanrooms at the Baarle-Nassau site. Report technical complaints, deviations, or special situations within 24 hours of receipt. Maintain an orderly, safe, and compliant QC laboratory environment. Apply and follow safety, radiation, and laboratory regulations to prevent risks. Contribute to continuous quality improvement through proactive identification and solution-oriented actions. Essential Requirements

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, or a comparable life-science field. Fluent in English Strong knowledge of good laboratory practices and current Good Manufacturing Practices. Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail in documentation and laboratory processes. Openness to working with new technologies and a continuous improvement mindset. Clear, open, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. work in weekend shifts Desirable Requirements
