What are we looking for?

We are looking to recruit energetic and passionate people to support the production team. The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust standards within the food production environment, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, customer requirements, and third-party standards such as BRCGS. This role focuses on high care production areas, where strict hygiene and process controls are critical due to the elevated risk of contamination.

The role plays a key part in driving a culture of continuous improvement excellence in food safety and quality within the production environment.

You will have:-

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

· Internal Auditor trained

· Level 3 Food Safety & HACCP

· Proven experience in a QA / Technical role within chilled food manufacturing is essential.

· String knowledge of hygiene practices and chemical safety

Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
