QA Engineer

About Gumloop Gumloop is an AI operating system for enterprises. We enable business teams to build and deploy AI agents in Slack or Microsoft Teams that automate work across hundreds of in-house integrations. Role QA Engineer – Full time, On-site, located in the San Francisco or Vancouver Office.

Department: Engineering. Responsibilities Design and implement our testing strategy (unit, integration, E2E, CI) Build a scalable testing framework with clear standards and guardrails Develop systems for testing AI-driven workflows and agents Reduce flakiness, increase coverage, and improve deployment confidence Automate aggressively; use manual QA deliberately and sparingly Partner with product and engineering to prevent bugs before they ship Qualifications Built automated test systems for real-world products Think in systems, not individual test cases Care deeply about engineering quality and developer velocity Have experience testing full-stack applications Understand CI/CD and how to enforce quality without slowing teams down Have designed tests for nondeterministic systems (LLMs, AI agents, etc.) Thrive in small, fast-moving teams Benefits Competitive Bay Area salary + meaningful equity Full health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with match Paid relocation A foundational role shaping the quality bar of an AI-native product #J-18808-Ljbffr
