QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans that ensure seamless integrations, reliable APIs, and robust Salesforce functionality.
• Validate data flows, API behavior, and error handling to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and edge cases, ensuring solutions meet functional, technical, and security standards.
• Perform unit tests, system integration tests (SIT), regression tests, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Document and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with quality standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA methodologies and organizational testing practices.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years in quality assurance for integrations, APIs, and/or Salesforce applications.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools like Postman and AccelQ, and the ability to understand technical specifications, mappings, and data flows.
• Adaptability: Knowledge of AI-powered automation and a willingness to learn and grow with emerging technologies.
• Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
• Mindset: A detail-oriented approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for ensuring quality at every step.
