QA Auditor / Analyst

We’re looking for a detail-focused Quality Auditor to join our Added Value team in Leicester. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, food safety, and compliance . You’ll work closely with operations and technical teams to maintain an audit-ready environment , support continuous improvement, and uphold customer and regulatory standards. Shift Pattern : Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 - 18:00 OTHER SHIFT PATTERNS ARE AVAILABLE Carry out audits against QMS, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards Ensure all quality documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date Conduct sampling and testing (microbiological, chemical, water, and swabbing) Assist with customer complaint investigations Perform validation and verification checks on CCPs and food safety controls Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Knowledge or experience in food safety, HACCP, or auditing (preferred) Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs Training & Development You’ll be supported with training relevant to the role, which may include: HACCP & Food Hygiene Manual Handling pallet trucks) Manual handling Bending and working in confined spaces You’ll be part of a collaborative team committed to maintaining high-quality standards and continuous improvement.
