Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and scale high-performance applications Contribute to system architecture and design decisions Build robust backend services (Python) and/or frontend apps (React) Collaborate with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams Ensure code quality, testing, and performance optimization Participate in DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, deployments) Take ownership of features from development to production. For 7–9+ years candidates (Senior / Lead): Drive technical architecture and system design Mentor junior and mid-level engineers Lead critical projects and production issue resolution Partner with stakeholders to define technical roadmap Requirements Our Tech Stack Python | PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery React, TypeScript Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library, pytest AWS, GCP Docker, ECS Fargate, Terraform, GitHub Actions Required Skills Core Skills (4+ Years) Strong experience in Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI) OR React (TypeScript) Good understanding of REST APIs & system design basics Experience with databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL / BigQuery Familiarity with testing frameworks (pytest, Jest, etc.) Understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines Advanced Skills (Preferred for 6–9+ Years) Experience in scalable system design & architecture Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design / Event-driven systems Hands-on with Cloud (AWS / GCP) Experience with Docker, Terraform, ECS Fargate Strong debugging & production support experience
