Pure Barre is a national leader in barre fitness with over 600 franchise locations in the United States and Canada, providing a supportive community that empowers clients through fitness, accountability, and motivation. PURE BARRE GENERAL MANAGER The General Manager assists the Regional Manager with new membership sales, member retention, and customer service excellence. This role focuses on driving sales, leading a team, and creating a supportive and meaningful community for Pure Barre members.
WORK SCHEDULE 35-40 hours per week with availability for a rotating weekend morning shift. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and motivate a team of 30+ members Retail buying and inventory management Execute the sales process: lead generation, follow-up, and close Conduct tours of the facility while establishing relationships and identifying individual goals and needs Maintain a personal level of sales production Emphasize and enforce club objectives as a fitness and wellness provider Present available services to current or prospective members Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, community and hospital events) to promote the club Assume responsibility for developing selling skills Process accurate cash and credit card transactions Follow up and follow through on activities with prospective clients Input inventory for retail clothing and other items Attend and complete all relevant training programs Take photographs for social media platforms Light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms Perform other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills At least 1 year of management experience Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality Ability to build strong customer relationships Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training Self-motivated and takes initiative Ability to learn and use ClubReady (CRM) software system Excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficient computer skills Authorization to work in the United States COMPENSATION AND PERKS Competitive base rate Incentives for achieving sales goals Huge opportunities for growth within the studios, including additional sales and management positions Free unlimited membership to Pure Barre Employee retail discount #J-18808-Ljbffr
