Job Title: PTC Codebeamer Consultant/ ALM Engineer
Experience: 8-10 Years
Location: Pan India
Must-have: Hands-on experience with PTC Codebeamer / Codebeamer implementation and configuration.
Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced ALM Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in PTC Codebeamer to support requirements, test, risk, and change management for our digital engineering programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement PTC Codebeamer for Requirements, Test, Risk, and Change Management
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ALM solutions
- Set up workflows, trackers, templates, dashboards, reports, and user roles in Codebeamer
- Design and implement integrations between Codebeamer and tools like Windchill, Jira, Git, and Jenkins
- Support Codebeamer upgrades, migrations, customizations, and user administration
- Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability aligned with ASPICE, ISO 26262, or IEC 62304
- Work with cross-functional teams and provide user training and documentation
Required Skills:
- 8-10 years in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) / Digital Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with PTC Codebeamer configuration and administration
- Experience integrating ALM with PLM/DevOps tools (Windchill, Jira, Git, Jenkins)
- Exposure to compliance standards: ASPICE, ISO 26262, or IEC 62304
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
