Setting: Private Physical Therapy Outpatient Practice

Position: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with option for four 10-hour shifts

EMR: WebPT

Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour

Salary: $80,000 to $95,000 per year

Job Summary

The Clinic Director oversees both patient care and clinic operations. This position is responsible for maintaining treatment quality, supporting staff performance, guiding clinic workflow, and helping patients receive consistent, well-organized care. It is a strong fit for a PT who wants leadership responsibility without stepping away from clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in the outpatient setting
• Oversee daily clinic operations and support efficient scheduling flow
• Help maintain clinical standards, documentation accuracy, and treatment consistency
• Mentor staff and provide day-to-day clinical guidance
• Review productivity, workflow, and patient experience across the clinic
• Communicate with referral sources, staff, and patients as needed
• Complete documentation in WebPT and support team compliance with charting standards
• Help build a professional, accountable clinic environment

• MSPT or DPT degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license
• Current CPR certification
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience required
• Prior leadership or clinic management experience preferred
• Comfortable with EMR systems, including WebPT
• Strong communication, organizational, and supervisory skills

• 3 weeks PTO
• $500 CME allowance per year
