PSYCHOLOGY TEACHER – Secondary & Sixth Form

Location: Covering schools across Bedford, Hitchin, Letchworth, Shefford, Henlow & Biggleswade

Pay Rate: £110 – £200 per day (dependent on QTS/experience)

Contract: Flexible / Full-Time / Part-Time & Long-Term Placements

Whether you are looking for long‑term subject‑specific cover, part‑time teaching days, or full‑time roles, this position allows you to teach Psychology across different academic environments in Bedford, Hitchin, Letchworth, Shefford, Henlow, and Biggleswade without being restricted to just one school.

What We Are Looking For:

• Qualifications: Degree in Psychology with QTS, QTLS, or extensive experience teaching Psychology at Secondary/Sixth Form level (ECTs welcome).

• Curriculum Knowledge: Experience delivering A‑Level or GCSE Psychology curriculum (AQA, OCR, or Edexcel).

• Classroom Management: Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and manage students effectively.

• Mobility: Full UK driving licence preferred (or access to reliable transport) to travel to schools in the local area.

• Safeguarding: A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
