Overview Description: Provider Compensation Consultant, Remote. Provider Compensation Consultant is a trusted advisor and strategic partner within Providence, responsible for shaping and managing provider compensation programs that drive organizational success. This role combines healthcare economics, regulatory compliance, and data analytics to design compensation structures that are fair, competitive, and aligned with Providence's strategic initiatives, market benchmarks, and legal requirements.

The consultant leads efforts to develop and implement compensation plans reflecting organizational sustainability and compliance. Candidates residing in Alaska, Washington, Montana, Oregon, California, Texas or New Mexico are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Advise leadership on strategic workforce planning and integrate compensation strategies with broader organizational goals.

Design, develop, and implement provider compensation plans that reflect market benchmarks, FMV, and commercial reasonableness. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and operational leaders to ensure compensation strategies support recruitment, retention, and performance initiatives. Provide risk management guidance and ensure adherence to regulatory standards to minimize compliance exposure.

Lead communication and education efforts to promote transparency and understanding of compensation among providers and stakeholders.
