Proposal Specialist

Overview

Are you passionate about investment products and driven by delivering high-quality client solutions? We’re looking for a Proposal Specialist to join our dynamic team, focusing on Legal & General’s Index and ETF capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across teams, shape compelling proposals, and contribute to our commercial success in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinating and delivering responses to RFPs, DDQs and client-related requests
• Partnering with stakeholders across Investments, Distribution and Marketing
• Creating and maintaining best-in-class proposal content
• Managing a pipeline of proposals to meet commercial objectives
• Tracking and analysing proposal performance to drive continuous improvement
• Ensuring consistency and credibility of data used in client materials
• Supporting broader content needs across asset classes
• Upholding Consumer Duty standards in all client-facing materials

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level, with IMC or CFA (or willingness to work towards)
• Experience in investment management or a similar role
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
• Knowledge of ETFs and proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
• Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to learning
• Commitment to fairness, integrity and delivering good client outcomes
