Proposal Analyst Manager

Basic Qualifications 8+ years of related experience and may have a post‑secondary degree or training in a related discipline. Job Description You will be the Proposal Analyst Manager for the Global Supply Chain Proposal Team. Our team is responsible for delivering competitive, compliant proposals for Precision Fires Launcher Programs.

What You Will Be Doing As the Proposal Analyst Manager you will be responsible for leading the development and planning of supplier inputs for prime proposals in accordance with FAR/DFARS and other government regulations. Your Responsibilities Will Include Lead development and scheduling of supplier inputs for prime proposals, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and USG system requirements. Manage and mentor a team of GSC proposal analysts, overseeing recruitment, training, performance assessment, and assignments.

Compile and analyze procurement cost and schedule data to shape robust bid/price strategies. Conduct financial modeling, cost analyses, and present recommendations to senior leadership. Coordinate with government agencies and contract‑negotiating teams, representing the GSC organization.

Desired Skills Proposal experience with FAR/DFAR and TINA requirements. Excellent presentation (oral/written) with a strategic mindset. Experience with terms and conditions both between USG/Prime and Prime/Supplier.

Ability to Work Remotely Part‑time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
