About the Role The Property Supervisor focuses on field execution and is responsible for labor efficiency, quality control, site inspections, safety, profitability, and overall client satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities Supervise contract maintenance services for multifamily, shopping centers, retail chains, office buildings, industrial and government facilities. CAM's service lines include: Day Porter, Janitorial, Parking Lot Sweeping, Landscaping, Pressure Washing, and Maintenance Technicians Perform QC inspections, meet with clients Estimate enhancement work to improve property aesthetics and value Enforce SOPs and safety standards Dispute resolution Success Measures Quality Control (QC) scores Client retention Extra work revenue Compensation & Incentives Training Bonus $3,000 Training Bonus, payable after 90 days of employment Salary, Incentives and Benefits Hourly range: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour (DOE) Incentives: Quarterly and Annual incentives totaling 20% of annual base salary Company vehicle, fuel card and maintenance Benefits include: HMO, Dental, Vision, Term Life Insurance; 401k; Vacation and Sick time About CAM CAM is committed to hiring and developing talented leaders who understand ownership, embrace decision-making, hold themselves and others accountable, and want to create strategic impact.
