Property Site Caretaker

We are looking for a full-time Property Caretaker / Maintenance person for our apartment building in Kansas City, KS. *Caretaker unit available rent free! Here's what you'll be doing: Maintain a clean and safe environment Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs Do all duties related to unit turnovers Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks Implement required unit and building inspections Perform routine errands Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work Qualifications: One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs Work independently with minimal supervision. Effective communicate orally and in writing.
