Property Manager
Quicklet Property Management
Job Description
At quicklet, we don’t just manage properties - we build relationships and deliver results for people. From tenants to landlords, we believe success comes from building lasting relationships grounded in trust, hard work, and results. Due to continued growth, we’re growing our team in our Belfast office and looking for a property manager who thrives on responsibility, problem-solving, and delivering excellent service.
If you’re ready to join a fast-paced environment where graft, grit, and gumption are valued as much as professionalism and respect, we’d love to hear from you. What you’ll do: Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring landlords and tenants receive outstanding service. Oversee the full management process-from the point of advertising a property, moving the tenant in right through to when the tenants leave.
Handle maintenance requests promptly, liaising with contractors and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently. Build strong relationships with tenants and landlords, providing clear, professional communication. Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures.
Drive results by meeting key performance targets. What we’re looking for: At least 1 years experience in property management, lettings or property sales. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A problem-solver with initiative and resilience- someone who doesn’t shy away from a challenge. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A professional, respectful approach that puts people at the centre of everything you do.
