This is the contract for you… Responsibilities Look after a portfolio of 150 NHS sites across Bristol and Gloucestershire Manage relationships with multi‑tenanted sites and landlords Oversee commercial contracts including leases and service charges Analyse occupancy levels, budgets, and asset management data Deal with landlords and ensure smooth site operations Support You'll be supported by an experienced property management team who will advise and offer APC mentoring. Requirements Commercial property management experience sufficient to hit the ground running Additional advantage: RICs pathway experience (not a necessity) Contract Details This role is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract covering an internal secondment.
