Our company portfolio specializes in single-family home to 36 units. We are driven by our mission in acting with integrity, fairness and performing our duties with due diligence.

Essential Duties: Inspect properties on a regular basis. Conduct annual unit inspections. Collect rents and control delinquency.

Supervise vacant apartment turnover procedures. Process work orders for needed repairs to buildings and apartments. Manage vendors.

Review and sign all rental lease documents. Attend unlawful detainer and other court hearings when necessary. Driving to and from multiple properties to perform manager duties Adept at multitasking, different job functions required.

Basic understanding of maintenance and construction Perform other duties as assigned. Write letters. Document in Appfolio Participate in office meetings.

Qualifications: Ability to multi-task Valid California Real Estate License Ability to solve problems involving residents and other issues. Professional, calm, rational Team player Computer literate, specifically MS Word, Excel, Outlook Knowledge of AppFolio Property Management system Maintain a Valid Driver’s License Maintain Valid automobile insurance. Team Player.

Ability to work with others. Honesty and Integrity Oral and written skills a must. Customer service skills a must Knowledge of project management principles and practices Knowledge of accounting practices and financial reporting is preferred.

We are willing to train the ideal candidate, but experience is preferable. Salary range $65,000 - $75,000. We offer Medical and 401k.
