Project Manager

Role : Project Manager Location : Springfield, TN Duration : 12+ Months Responsibilities: Manage projects (international) and lead several teams (hardware, software, system engineering and lab engineers) Coordinate with other departments (product management, platform, laboratory, industrial design, industrial engineering, quality and purchasing) and external stakeholders (consultants and suppliers) Adherence to the defined project objectives (timing, quality improvements and cost reduction) Translate non-technical input to technical specifications, understand the needs of the individual departments, analyze challenges and identify the most relevant priorities Work as part of a global team in other regions (US, Germany, Italy, Brazil, Australia and China) Technical Qualifications & Experience: B.Tech in electronic engineering or computer science or similar technology related education Must have over 8-10 year of experience in which 2-3 year must be in a Project Lead capacity Must have experience working on Embedded Development projects involving microcontroller Experience in project management of electronic products development, including Agile Methodologies Very good understanding of Hardware and SW Development Lifecycle Very good understanding of PDLC (Product Development Life Cycle) Exposure to Pre Compliance (EMI/EMC) and Safety is highly desirable Exposure to safety standards and certification related to IEC-60730 will be an added advantage Patient and strong communication mentality, initiative and pro-active, flexible and self-reliant work attitude, willingness to travel Fluent English mandatory
