Project Manager (Construction) - Permanent - London, UK - Onsite Overview We are seeking a capable and hands-on Project Manager to oversee the delivery and implementation of software solutions within the construction sector. This role will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end production, ensuring successful deployment at client sites, and acting as the key link between internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of software delivery projects, from planning through to implementation and handover Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and client-facing teams Oversee implementation activities at client sites, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation phases Identify risks and proactively manage issues to minimise impact on delivery Ensure clear documentation, reporting, and communication across all stakeholders Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and implementation practices Requirements 3–6 years of experience in project management, preferably within software delivery or SaaS environments Prior experience working with construction technology or software solutions used in the built environment (e.g. project management tools, document control systems, BIM platforms) Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable working directly with clients and managing on-site implementations when required Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies is a plus Profile Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership Able to operate independently while collaborating effectively within a team Practical mindset with the ability to balance technical understanding and client needs Please note: This is a confidential search.
