Job Title: Project Manager – Structural Repairs / Rehabilitation / Waterproofing Location: Thane (with travel across PAN India project sites) Experience: 8–10 Years Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering Job Overview :We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manage r with expertise in Structural Repairs, Rehabilitation, and Waterproofin g. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining strong coordination with all stakeholders . Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee multiple structural repair/rehabilitation projects simultaneously Directly report to the Proprietor on project status and progress Coordinate effectively wit h clients, vendors, contractors, and labor teams Monitor site execution, quality standards, and safety compliance Prepare and presen t daily progress repor ts and updates Ensure projects are completed within defined timelines and budgets Resolve on-site issues with a proactive, solution-oriented approach Required Skills & Competencies: Strong technical expertise in Structural Repairs, Rehabilitation, and Waterproofing Excelle nt communication skills in Engl ish (written & verbal) Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently Stro ng problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in project coordination and stakeholder management Willingness to travel extensively across PAN India project locations Preferred Candidate Profile Proven experience in handling large-scale or multiple ongoing projects Self-driven, responsible, and capable of working independently Strong leadership and team management abilities
