About the Role We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Techno-Functional Project Manager who can bridge the gap between Business, Product, Design, and Technology teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong domain expertise in the broking industry, understand customer journeys, and be capable of translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions. This role requires end-to-end ownershipโ€”from requirement gathering and solution design to testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization.

Key Responsibilities Business & Domain Understanding Develop a deep understanding of broking business processes, customer journeys, trading platforms, onboarding, KYC, back-office operations, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation. Convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.

Product & UI/UX Ownership Work with Product and Design teams to create intuitive and customer-centric user experiences. Review wireframes, workflows, and customer journeys to ensure business objectives are effectively translated into product features. Advocate for simplicity, usability, and operational efficiency in all product enhancements.

Technology Collaboration Act as the primary bridge between Business and Engineering teams. Clearly articulate functional requirements, business logic, workflows, validations, and edge cases to development teams. Participate in solution discussions and ensure technical implementations align with business expectations.

Testing & Quality Assurance Prepare comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria. Conduct functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Identify and validate edge cases, exception handling scenarios, and production readiness.

Ensure high-quality releases with minimal business disruption. Project Delivery & Deployment Drive project execution, track milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery. Coordinate across Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Business teams.

Lead release planning and deployment activities. Post-Production Ownership Own production stabilization for the first 30โ€“60 days post-deployment . Work closely with Business Managers and Technology teams to monitor adoption, resolve issues, and implement improvements.

Track KPIs, user feedback, defects, and enhancement requests during the stabilization period. Required Skills & Experience Domain Expertise Strong understanding of stock broking, trading platforms, investment products, customer onboarding, and capital market operations. Experience working in broking, wealth management, fintech, or capital markets is preferred.

Functional Skills Requirement gathering and stakeholder management. Process mapping and business analysis. User story and functional specification creation.

UAT planning and execution. Technical Understanding Ability to understand system architecture, APIs, integrations, and technology workflows. Comfortable interacting with engineering teams and translating business needs into technical requirements.

Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies. Personal Attributes Strong ownership mindset and accountability. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical thinker with attention to detail. Ability to challenge assumptions and proactively identify risks and gaps. What Success Looks Like Business requirements are translated into high-quality technology solutions.

Seamless collaboration between Business, Product, Design, and Engineering teams. Successful releases with minimal production issues. Strong adoption and stabilization of new features within the first 30โ€“60 days post-launch.
