Overview Join to apply for the Project Manager role at Southland Industries . Our Project Managers are experienced in commercial HVAC and Mechanical Construction and manage projects of varying size while coordinating multiple jobs, leading project engineers, and partnering with field staff to ensure flawless delivery. You will manage project milestones, identify and coordinate resource requirements, and exercise a high level of judgment while working autonomously within company processes.

You are eager to learn the Southland way, collaborate across teams, and contribute your past knowledge to help the team succeed. What You’ll Do Develop client relations by providing project status updates to clients and leadership. Manage budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, and other project financials.

Participate in project meetings with internal departments. Partner with stakeholders to ensure the project scope and direction are on schedule. Develop budget analysis reports and other relevant reports.

Delegate work and mentor Project Engineers; provide coaching and performance feedback as necessary.
