Project Manager (Southlake)

Job Title: Project Manager – Strategic Partnerships Location: Southlake, TX 76262 CornerStone Professional Placement has partnered with a growing organization in their search for a Project Manager – Strategic Partnerships to drive high-impact initiatives across multiple teams. This position plays a key role in leading partnership-related projects, improving processes, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders from kickoff through completion. We are looking for a strong communicator and organizer who takes ownership of outcomes and can navigate complex, cross-functional environments with confidence.

Responsibilities: • Partner with leadership and key stakeholders to establish project goals, priorities, and success metrics • Act as the central point of coordination across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment • Drive execution of multiple concurrent initiatives, keeping projects on track and within defined timelines • Monitor progress against milestones and provide clear, concise updates to senior leadership • Anticipate potential challenges and proactively implement solutions to minimize risk • Support onboarding and continuous improvement of partnership programs and processes • Lead efforts around change implementation, ensuring adoption and clear communication across teams • Maintain organized documentation including project plans, meeting notes, and decision tracking • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and overall program performance Requirements: • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs (5+ years preferred) • Ability to influence outcomes and build alignment across teams without direct reporting authority • Strong working knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches) • Comfortable working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar platforms • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both team members and executive leadership • Experience supporting partner-facing or revenue-driven teams is a plus • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities • Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering measurable business results Compensation and Benefits: • Employment Type: Direct Hire • Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday • Location: 100% On-site (Southlake, TX) • Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 • Benefits: • High quality voluntary health, vision, disability, life, and dental insurance programs • 401K Matching Plan • Employee Stock Purchase Plan • Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave • Corporate sponsored programs to enhance employee physical, financial, mental, and emotional wellness • Financial Solution Program If you are an experienced project management professional looking to lead meaningful initiatives and make a measurable impact, we encourage you to apply.
