This role is not about chasing people on WhatsApp. It’s about clarity, quality, and control .

You’ll work closely with designers, developers, copywriters, and strategists — and be the single point of ownership for timelines, quality checks, and client communication. If you care deeply about how things are executed , not just whether they’re “done,” you’ll fit right in. What you’ll be responsible for Own branding and website projects from brief to final delivery Break client briefs into clear tasks and execution plans Allocate work across design, web, and content teams Track timelines, dependencies, and daily progress Lead client calls, reviews, and expectation management Do hands-on quality checks before anything goes to the client Ensure brand guidelines, UX logic, content, and layouts are properly executed Identify bottlenecks early and help the team unblock with practical solutions Push back when needed — on both clients and internal teams — with logic, not emotion Ensure final output matches the brief, not just the deadline What we’re looking for 2–5 years of experience managing branding, website, or digital projects Strong understanding of: Website structure, UX basics, and content hierarchy Branding deliverables (logos, decks, guidelines, collaterals) High attention to detail — you notice misalignment, spacing issues, weak copy, broken logic Confident communicator on client calls Ability to think in systems, not chaos Calm under pressure and comfortable owning decisions Experience with tools like ClickUp, Notion, Figma, Webflow, and Shopify is a plus This role is NOT for you if You avoid client conversations You forward work without checking it properly You rely on others to “tell you what’s wrong” You’re uncomfortable holding people accountable You prefer safe execution over thoughtful problem-solving Why join us You’ll work on real brands and serious projects , not filler work Clear ownership and authority — no micromanagement Exposure to branding, websites, strategy, and client decision-making Strong growth path into senior delivery or operations roles
