No DMs. About Us: • 4.7 rating from 25,000+ real guests • Led by promoters with 26 years in the industry • Built and scaled 34+ outlets • Pioneering AI, automation & robotics in F&B in India What You Will Drive: • Planning and execution of renovation and construction projects • Scheduling and tracking servicing of kitchen, automation, HVAC and facility equipment • Floor and facility maintenance planning across outlets and properties • Monthly stock and inventory audits with reporting and compliance tracking • Vendor coordination, quotations, work orders and project follow-ups • Project timelines, budgeting and execution monitoring • Ensuring operational readiness and preventive maintenance across all locations Who We Are Looking For: • Strong project management and execution skills • Experience handling construction, maintenance or facility operations • Excellent coordination with vendors, contractors and internal teams • Organized, detail-oriented and process-driven mindset • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to work independently and drive completion without constant supervision This is not a conventional operations role.
