Hiring: Project Manager Lead - Manufacturing / Greenfield Projects
I'm looking for a Senior Program Manager to support a large-scale manufacturing transformation project.
What we're looking for:
- 8+ years' experience in Project/Program Management
- Proven delivery of manufacturing, production, or greenfield/capital investment projects
- Experience managing complex programmes with fixed deadlines, budgets, and multiple stakeholders
- Strong leadership across cross-functional teams (Production, Logistics, IT/OT, ERP, HSE)
- Automotive or defence industry experience is a plus
Contract: 6+ months + extensions
Language: Polish required
Start: 1st of September 2026
