From product development and kitchen design to operational systems and execution, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of an already thriving business. We're looking for someone who understands both the creative and operational sides of grab-and-go food. What You'll Be Responsible For Partner directly with ownership to develop and launch an expanded grab-and-go food program Create and refine product mix, recipes, and prepared food offerings Design kitchen workflows and production systems for efficiency and growth Assist with kitchen layout, equipment selection, and operational planning Develop and implement SOPs for ordering, receiving, production, packaging, distribution, merchandising, and restocking Build systems that ensure consistency, food quality, food safety, and profitability Establish purchasing, inventory, and labor standards Train and develop team members on new processes and procedures Continuously evaluate product performance and identify growth opportunities What We're Looking For Proven experience developing and operating successful grab-and-go, prepared foods, commissary, marketplace, or retail food programs Strong background in culinary operations and systems development Experience designing kitchen spaces, workflows, and production environments Exceptional organizational and project management skills Strong understanding of food cost, labor management, inventory controls, and operational efficiency Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to turn ideas into executable plans Collaborative personality capable of working closely with ownership and leadership Why This Opportunity Is Different This is not a traditional restaurant chef role.
