About the Role

We're hiring on behalf of our client, a global leader in industrial air pollution control and energy recovery systems, for a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of Regenerative Thermal Oxidiser (RTO) and Direct Fired Thermal Oxidiser (DFTO) packages β€” from contract award through commissioning and handover β€” for clients in petrochemical, refinery, pharma, and specialty chemical sectors, across India and international project sites.


What You'll Own

  • Project Controls: Own the master schedule (Primavera P6 / MS Project), budget, and cost-to-complete; report progress to leadership and clients.
  • Engineering Coordination: Drive multi-discipline document review (Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil); manage the Master Document Register; oversee HAZOP/SIL closure.
  • Procurement: Support vendor selection and technical bid evaluation for burners, combustion chambers, and waste heat boilers; track FAT/TPI and delivery milestones.
  • Site Execution: Lead commissioning and Performance Guarantee Testing (DRE, VOC destruction efficiency); manage handover documentation.
  • Client Management: Be the single point of contact for clients; negotiate change orders; liaise with statutory authorities (PESO, PCB, CPCB).
  • HSE & Quality: Enforce project HSE plans and ensure pressure equipment is certified to ASME/IBR standards.


What You Bring

  • 15+ years in project management within industrial process equipment or EPC, APC, including 6–8 years specifically in RTO/DFTO or thermal oxidiser (TO/RCO) systems.
  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering; PMP or PRINCE2 strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record independently delivering projects of β‚Ή30 Cr+, from concept to final acceptance.
  • Working knowledge of ASME Sec I & VIII, IBR, and CPCB/PCB emission norms.
  • Experience with EPC contract structures (LSTK, EPCM, item-rate).
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and traveling 30–40%, including internationally.
