Job Description Job Description Redpoint Connect is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead client-facing technology and telecommunications projects across multifamily, hospitality, and commercial environments. This role is responsible for managing projects end-to-end—from pre-sale handoff and scoping through deployment, testing, turnover, and final closeout. Projects may include VoIP and UCaaS deployments, cellular POTS replacement, bulk internet and managed WiFi implementations, low-voltage and network infrastructure upgrades, as well as smart building technologies such as access control and camera systems. The Project Manager will drive execution by coordinating internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with expectations. This role requires strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving efficiently. This position is ideal for someone ready to take full ownership of projects and confidently manage complex, fast-moving initiatives across multiple stakeholders, providers, and field teams. What You’ll Do Manage the full project lifecycle from kickoff through installation, testing, turnover, and closeout Coordinate internal teams, customers, technology vendors, subcontractors, internet service providers, and site-level stakeholders Build and maintain project schedules, task trackers, budgets, risk logs, and status updates Lead project communications with clients, ownership groups, operators, and vendor partners Support project intake, scope review, handoff from sales, and validation of deliverables before work begins Manage deployments involving VoIP systems, Cellular POTS replacement, bulk internet, managed WiFi, structured cabling, smart locks, access control, security cameras, and related property technology solutions Track project milestones, dependencies, long-lead items, and field readiness to prevent delays Identify risks early and drive issue resolution with clear ownership and follow-through Manage project documentation including scopes of work, meeting notes, change orders, punch lists, and closeout materials Coordinate testing, commissioning, and final acceptance to ensure a smooth turnover to the customer Help maintain a professional, organized client experience throughout the project lifecycle Contribute to process improvement as Redpoint continues to standardize and scale project delivery across service lines Play an active role in supporting products once deployed by taking customer calls and troubleshooting when necessary What You’ll Need Required: 3–7+ years of experience in project coordination or project management Experience managing telecom, low-voltage, network infrastructure, or technology deployment projects Working knowledge of VoIP, internet/WiFi deployments, and technology implementation in occupied properties or operating businesses Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once Strong communication skills with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders Ability to keep projects moving by driving accountability, solving problems, and following through on details Preferred: Experience in multifamily, hospitality, student housing, or other multi-site/property-based environments Familiarity with bulk internet, managed WiFi, cellular POTS replacement, smart building systems, or access control deployments Exposure to RFP processes, contract documents, scopes of work, and change management PMP certification or other relevant project management training Experience using project tracking and documentation tools such as Monday.com, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or similar platforms Work Environment & Expectations Monday through Friday, standard business hours Limited after-hours coordination may be required during cutovers, go-lives, or escalations Up to 20% travel may be required for site visits, deployments, or client meetings Additional Information This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
