Brentwood, TN Full-Time | Permanent Key Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through close-out Oversee budgets, cost controls, scheduling, and financial performance Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and facility owners Motivate, mentor, and lead project teams to deliver outstanding results Manage multiple priorities while maintaining day-to-day operational oversight Build and sustain strong long-term client and stakeholder relationships The Ideal Candidate You're a confident, analytical leader who understands all construction methodologies and knows how to get the best out of people.
