We're seeking a **Senior** **Project Manager with Master Data Management** in **Nashville** in our retail practice to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. 6-Month contract, 5 days a week onsite. **SUMMARY** As the Senior Project Manager for the Master Data Management (MDM) program, you will be a key leader responsible for driving the successful delivery of a complex, multi-phase enterprise initiative. This role combines strategic oversight with deep program management expertise to ensure the seamless implementation of vendor onboarding capabilities and a scalable enterprise MDM solution that supports critical retail, merchandising, supply chain, and digital operations.

You will define and lead the program's vision, roadmap, and execution while partnering closely with cross-functional teams across the organization. **YOU WILL:*** Translate business goals into actionable plans and manage interdependent workstreams to ensure program outcomes, including data quality improvement, operational efficiency, and technology modernization, are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to enterprise transformation objectives.* Serve as a central orchestrator, guiding teams, resolving escalations, aligning technical and business partners, and enforcing quality and delivery standards across all MDM workstreams.* Demonstrate strong leadership, outstanding communication skills, and proven success in delivering complex products, item, and vendor data initiatives within retail or merchandising-driven organizations.* Leverage your expertise in project management tools and methodologies to drive accountability, maintain momentum, and deliver program outcomes in a complex environment.* 7+ years of IT project or program management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional or data-intensive technology initiatives.* Direct experience managing complex projects involving master data, merchandising systems, product/item data workflows, vendor onboarding, or supply chain data integration.* Strong understanding of retail business processes, including merchandising, sourcing, pricing, item setup, supply chain, forecasting, and inventory management.* Proven success delivering multi-workstream programs requiring systems integration, workflow redesign, data governance, and organizational change management.* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting skills.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.* Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Azure DevOps.* Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Engineering, Data Management, or a related field.* PMP, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
