About the Assignment:

Kelly is supporting a leading global medical technology organisation with a major transformation programme focused on improving the efficiency, effectiveness and value delivery of its MedTech operations.

As part of this transformation, the MT Optimize programme is focused on identifying and delivering opportunities for continuous improvement (CIP) across multiple business functions. The programme brings together stakeholders across Operations, Digital, Strategy & Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Transformation teams to identify opportunities, assess value, prioritise initiatives and track delivery against agreed objectives.

We are seeking a Project Manager / Portfolio Management professional to support the governance and value tracking of the MT Optimize portfolio. The successful individual will play a central role in maintaining visibility of the CIP pipeline, supporting cross-functional diagnostics, analysing portfolio data and ensuring that initiatives are progressing towards their expected business value.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong stakeholder management, project coordination, analytical capability and the confidence to work across multiple functions and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio & Value Management

• Track and monitor value delivery across the MT Optimize Continuous Improvement Programme (CIP) portfolio.
• Maintain accurate visibility of initiatives, business cases, expected benefits, milestones and delivery status.
• Support portfolio governance and ensure agreed actions, milestones and value targets are tracked effectively.
• Identify gaps, risks, delays and opportunities across the portfolio and escalate issues where appropriate.
• Support the development and maintenance of portfolio management dashboards and reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Deliver Operations teams to understand operational improvement opportunities and progress.
• Collaborate with Digital, Strategy & Engineering (DS&E) stakeholders to assess and track relevant initiatives.
• Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering (ME) teams to understand improvement opportunities and value delivery.
• Partner with the Transformation W&T organisation to align portfolio activity with wider transformation objectives.
• Coordinate information across multiple functions and ensure consistent reporting and communication.

CIP Pipeline & Diagnostics

• Facilitate cross-functional diagnostic sessions to identify potential Continuous Improvement opportunities.
• Help teams translate operational challenges into clearly defined improvement initiatives.
• Support the development and prioritisation of the CIP pipeline.
• Analyse initiative data to identify trends, opportunities, dependencies and potential risks.
• Challenge data and assumptions where necessary to ensure portfolio information is accurate and meaningful.

Business Analysis & Data Analytics

• Undertake data analysis to support portfolio decision-making and transformation activity.
• Consolidate information from multiple sources and translate data into actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers and management reports.
• Analyse portfolio performance against agreed KPIs, milestones and value targets.
• Provide clear reporting to stakeholders on portfolio progress, risks, gaps and opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement of portfolio reporting processes, tools and methodologies.

Must-Have Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, portfolio management, business analysis, transformation or a related discipline.
• Demonstrable experience working within large-scale transformation, continuous improvement or operational excellence programmes.
• Strong experience tracking project/portfolio performance, milestones, KPIs, benefits or value delivery.
• Proven ability to work across multiple business functions and coordinate stakeholders with different priorities.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear business insights.
• Experience developing or maintaining dashboards, trackers and management reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the confidence to facilitate cross-functional meetings and diagnostic sessions.
• Experience identifying risks, gaps, dependencies and improvement opportunities within a project or portfolio.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capability.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organisation and across APAC time zones.
• Strong English communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Experience within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement / CIP, Lean, Six Sigma or operational excellence programmes.
• Previous experience supporting a large-scale supply chain, manufacturing or operations transformation.
• Experience with portfolio management tools or platforms.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI or other data visualisation experience.
• Experience building executive-level dashboards and management presentations.
• Experience facilitating structured problem-solving or diagnostic workshops.
• Project management, business analysis or Lean/Six Sigma certification.
• Experience working with stakeholders across Singapore, India, Philippines or wider APAC.
• Experience tracking financial benefits, cost savings, productivity improvements or other measurable transformation outcomes.

About You:

You are a structured and analytical project professional who is comfortable working across multiple functions and managing a large volume of information. You can move between detailed data analysis and senior stakeholder discussions, ensuring that the right information is available to support decision-making.

You are confident facilitating conversations with different teams, challenging data when required and identifying gaps or opportunities within a portfolio. You understand that successful transformation is not simply about completing projects, but about demonstrating and sustaining measurable business value.

You will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, global transformation environment where priorities can change and strong coordination is essential.
