Project Manager (Miami)

Only USC or GC holders. Project Manager – Global Casino IT Portfolio I am looking for multiple Project Managers to support a growing portfolio of casino technology initiatives.

This role is responsible for driving complex IT projects spanning infrastructure, cloud, data platforms, and enterprise systems in a highly regulated, mission‑critical environment. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused Project Manager who can wear multiple hats — including Business Analyst and QA — while managing multiple concurrent initiatives across distributed teams and ship‑based environments. Responsibilities: Project Planning & Delivery Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business and technology goals.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations using tools such as Wrike, MS Project, or Monday.com . Manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying complexity, timelines, and stakeholders. Technical & Infrastructure Alignment Manage IT initiatives related to infrastructure, cloud platforms, data warehouses, networking, operating systems, and virtual environments .

Coordinate work across application, infrastructure, and vendor teams to ensure seamless delivery. Support after‑hours or weekend deployments as needed (adjusted within a 40‑hour work week). Governance, Risk & Communication Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Provide regular status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries. Ensure adherence to PMO governance standards, change control processes, and compliance requirements. Contribute to PMO best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Facilitate project meetings and foster collaboration across cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams. Work closely with application owners, infrastructure teams, and leadership to align delivery with business priorities. Support vendor coordination and contract‑related activities as needed.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of hands‑on experience as a Project Manager in a complex enterprise IT environment . Strong experience managing IT projects involving: Infrastructure, Cloud platforms, Data warehouses or enterprise systems Hands‑on experience with SQL. Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Nice to Have Experience in the cruise, casino, or gaming industry . PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
