Despite continued growth, they've retained a close-knit, family-run culture with excellent staff retention and a strong reputation in the market. Operating across commercial projects, they are now looking to appoint a BMS Project Manager to support ongoing growth across the North West.

Role Overview: BMS Project Manager This is a client-facing role managing BMS projects from initial concept through to completion. You will oversee delivery, ensure technical alignment, and manage commissioning and subcontractors. The role offers a high level of autonomy and variety, ideal for someone experienced in delivering mid-large sized BMS projects.

Key Responsibilities: · Manage BMS projects from concept through to handover · Liaise directly with clients and key stakeholders · Review software and ensure alignment with project specifications · Oversee commissioning and project delivery · Manage subcontractors and ensure timelines are met Key Requirements: · Proven BMS Project Management experience · Experience delivering projects in the £100k-£1m range · Strong knowledge of Trend or Tridium systems · Client-facing with excellent communication skills · Organised, proactive, and commercially aware Package: · Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 · Company vehicle or car allowance · Private healthcare · Pension scheme · 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays · Clear progression opportunities Ideal Candidate Location: Liverpool, Manchester, Warrington, or surrounding North West areas.
