SUMMARY OF THE ROLE The Project Manager role at Mammoet is a dynamic leadership position focused on delivering complex heavy‑lifting and transport projects safely, efficiently, and successfully. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety—no two days are the same with Mammoet’s diverse project portfolio offering a range of scopes, environments, and execution strategies. You will manage a mix of projects ranging from small local transports to large multi‑year construction jobs. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Responsibilities (including but not limited to) As Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from concept through completion, ensuring safety remains the top priority at every stage. You will manage resources, schedules, budgets, and cross‑functional teams while navigating unique operational challenges and diverse work locations. You assess project contracts, scopes and documentation.
You organize project activities necessary for the efficient execution of the project. You develop project plans and budgets for client and internal presentation. You actively contribute to solving technical challenges while assessing and managing project risks.
You communicate proactively with project stakeholders to report on the project status and progress. You independently maintain complete and accurate project records. WHAT YOU’LL NEED Job Qualifications Bachelor Degree or operations related experience 5+ years of combined field and/or project experience Computer Skills: MS Office (ERP Software experience is an asset) CSTS Valid Driver’s License Experience Progressive field and/or project management experience in a related Strong working knowledge of the crane and transport Proven communication skills Commercial or contract management experience Key Characteristics Good communicator Motivated Organized Outgoing Approachable Service Orientated Composed Independent WHAT YOU’LL GET Benefits Salary will be commensurate based upon education and experience.
