Job Description Job Description Project Manager In this role, you will oversee projects focused on improving operational efficiency and streamlining business processes. You'll be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including process design, planning, execution, data analysis, and reporting. We're seeking someone who brings a strong mix of business operations insight, project management expertise, and technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver business initiatives using established project management, process improvement, and change management practices Partner with finance teams to enhance processes, align stakeholders, and drive measurable results Build and maintain relationships with both internal teams and external partners to support adoption and successful outcomes Evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop practical solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Prepare and present project updates, including status reports, risks, and financial tracking Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline 3+ years of experience managing business process or system transformation initiatives Hands-on experience with Salesforce applications required; familiarity with billing systems is a plus Strong background in project and change management, ideally within a technical or software environment Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including working with data Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible in a fast-paced environment
