This role is focused on keeping large, cross‑functional initiatives organized, visible, and moving forward—particularly where Business Analysts do not have the bandwidth to act as the central communication hub. The Project Manager will support a portfolio of initiatives by setting up projects correctly, driving kickoffs, maintaining delivery plans, and serving as a liaison across Product, Engineering, Design (including Merkle), Marketing, Operations, and SBR stakeholders. They will partner closely with Development Managers on workload planning and development readiness, monitor testing plans and constraints, track dependencies and deferred work, and proactively surface risks, gaps, and release impacts. This role will also involve regular communication with Japanese counterparts, including participation in standing Wednesday evening calls. This position does not own budgets, product strategy, or requirements quality; instead, it focuses on execution continuity, status visibility, documentation hygiene, and helping take pressure off BAs by ensuring teams stay aligned, informed, and on track across development, testing, and phased releases. Compensation: $60hr to $65hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
