In this role, the Implementation Project Lead will support an in-progress ERP-style application implementation that is currently utilized by approximately 70–75% of the organization, playing a key role in driving further adoption and stabilization. Day to day, this person will act as the functional point of contact between IT and the business, working closely with application, validation, and integration teams while partnering with a broad group of end users. Responsibilities include coordinating integration requirements, helping break down work for technical teams, managing change across slower-moving stakeholders, and supporting end users through communication, process alignment, and issue resolution.
The role will primarily focus on this implementation, with occasional involvement in additional IT or facilities-related initiatives, and will require frequent collaboration with IT leadership and business stakeholders to ensure the system meets operational and regulatory needs. Qualifications Experience leading or supporting a large-scale application or ERP implementation already in progress Strong project execution and change management skills Proven ability to work with slower-moving stakeholders and guide adoption through influence (not authority) Background partnering with IT and business users simultaneously Experience breaking down integration requirements and coordinating with technical teams (without being hands-on technical) Comfortable acting as the primary point of contact for an implementation used by multiple departments Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Strong business acumen in project planning and management Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
